Booking the villa is easy....just fill in the booking form and send it to us along with a deposit of £100 per week (this is non-returnable).

You may wish to check the availability of the villa before returning the booking form (we operate on a ‘first come first served’ basis). We are usually able to pencil in dates to hold the booking for one week to give you time to return the booking form.

Once we receive your completed form and deposit we will send you conformation of your booking. The remaining balance will be due eight weeks prior to the first day of the commencement of your occupation of the villa. At this point the security cheque for £100 will also be required (this will be returned to you after we receive conformation from the management company that there is no damage to the villa or it’s contents).

Shortly before your holiday we will send details of how to find your way to the villa (which is really easy) how to gain entry and some other useful information.
