the villa

The villa is conveniently located at Rolling Hills, just off the 192 near Splendid China. It is only 5 minutes away from Disney and 18 minutes from Universal. Orlando International Airport is a thirty-minute drive. Restaurants and shops are 2 minutes away.

The villa comprises of a screened pool and patio area with table, chairs and loungers – family room with cable T.V. / video / CD – Dining room – Lounge – King-size master bedroom with En-suite bathroom – 2 x Queen-size bedrooms – 2x Twin bedrooms – Bathroom – Fully equipped kitchen – Utility room

A telephone is provided and all local calls are free. Other calls are made using credit cards or locally purchased phone cards. Incoming calls are accepted in the usual way.

An intercom system is fitted throughout the villa, allowing music to be fed into all rooms. It also allows communication between rooms.

All linens and towels are provided.
